Thank you, my dear. As for the answer, revenge, though scientifically known to induce short-lived happiness, creates no more than a long-term stain on the psyche ( or soul, whichever one prefers). As you say, pointless.

thank you so much for your comments on my poem…words came out of a dream I had and just fell onto the page…so glad you’re back from wherever you’ve been…came back myself in January…was suffering fatigue so had to take a yr or two off…hope you are well, my friend..may I say I’ve missed you, for I have.
